The partnership includes a €500,000 investment and full integration into the Bifrost ecosystem, including shared operational infrastructure, portfolio synergies, and access to a network of operators who have collectively built over €1B in enterprise value.

We believe the next wave of AI adoption will be blocked by a fundamental infrastructure problem: enterprises cannot run mission-critical AI workloads on infrastructure they do not control. Data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and security requirements demand a different approach.
